HOW TO GET FANCY CAR NUMBER IN DELHI?
Obtaining a distinctive number for your four-wheeler in Delhi involves a specific procedure in compliance with the rules and regulations in the city. Choosing your vehicle number is no longer possible. In the past, vehicle sellers offered a selection from available options.Currently, the process for securing a VIP number or an odd/even number in New Delhi is carried out through an organized system.
When you register your four-wheeler with the RTO, the vehicle number is assigned randomly by an automated system. This number will be either odd or even, determined by chance. While fancy vehicle numbers were previously issued through an offline process, the entire procedure can now be completed online. The online bidding site operates from Monday to Friday and remains inactive on weekends. Ensure to review all the necessary guidelines on the e-auction website before placing a bid.

If you're interested in obtaining a VIP number for your vehicle, it's important to first understand what a fancy number plate is. We provide all the necessary information about fancy number plates.
What is fancy number ?
A Fancy number plate is a way to make your car stand out and look cool. Wealthy people often spend a lot of money on these special numbers to make their car look even better. Just so you know, these numbers can be anything like '9999' or '0001', and the ones that are easy to remember are usually more expensive to buy.
That's because these numbers aren't randomly given out like regular ones from the RTO. Some of the popular VIP numbers are 0001, 0100, 1111, 4444, 0786, and so on. Instead of just handing out these attractive numbers, the RTO holds an auction where people bid for them, starting from a base price. This way, the government can raise extra money.
Certain sought-after VIP numbers such as 0001, 0100, 1111, 4444, 0786, etc., are highly coveted. Rather than randomly assigning these appealing numbers to vehicle owners, the RTO imposes a premium by conducting an auction after establishing a base price. This approach aids the government in generating additional revenue.
