How to get a learner and driving license in Noida, Uttar Pradesh?
If you're a resident of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and you're gearing up to hit the road, whether it's on a motorcycle or behind the wheel of a car, securing your learner and driving licenses is the crucial first step. The process might seem daunting, but fear not, as we've broken down the steps for you to make it a breeze.
Application Process for Learner License (LL)
1. Online Application:
Visit the official website Sarathi Parivahan to apply for your Learner License (LL). The application can be done either by yourself or through any Jan Sewa Kendra.
2. Five Simple Steps:
- Fill in your application details.
- Upload necessary documents: This includes proof of age, address, and a self-declaration of medical fitness (Form 1) along with a medical certificate (Form 1A) for applicants over 50 years old.
- Upload your photo and signature.
- Pay the required fee.
- Book a slot for your LL test.
3. Document Verification and Biometrics:
After completing the above steps, take a printout of your application form, fee receipt, and slot booking receipt. You'll need to bring photocopies of your address and age proof certificates along with the application form to the concerned office for document scrutiny and biometric capturing.
4. LL Test:
Once your documents are verified, you'll have to attend a computerized LL test.
5. Test Result:
The result will be displayed on the screen immediately after the test. If you don't pass, you can retake the test after one week by repaying the test fee.
6. Printing Your LL:
Upon approval by the licensing authority, you can print your Learner License online.

- For a single class of vehicle: Application fee Rs. 150 + Test fee Rs. 50 = Total Rs. 200
- For both motorcycle and LMV car: Application fee Rs. 300 + Test fee Rs. 50 = Total Rs. 350
